An exciting opportunity has arisen for Assistant Site Managers in the Inverness and Aberdeenshire areas.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist with managing construction activity and ensuring compliance with company HSEQ standards. With a commitment to enhancing the customer experience, you will ensure compliance with applicable quality standards through effective management of employees and sub-contractors. You will assist with monitoring progress and ensuring that productivity and cost targets are maintained.

To be considered for this role, you will be qualified to SVQ/NVQ level in Construction Management or be a time served tradesman with experience of the various construction trades. You should have a sound knowledge of the relevant legislative requirements and standards e.g., Health and Safety, Environmental, NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, and hold a full driving licence.
