Sales Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking applications for a Full Time Sales Administration Assistant to join the sales administration team and support the wider sales team from our head office in Ellon.


Candidates should be enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated with a good eye for detail.

A strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word is essential along with demonstrating experience of other bespoke software packages, experience of COINS House Sales would be highly beneficial. You will be required to help interpret and communicate our clients’ requirements, and although not client facing, you will have pride in ensuring our administrative procedures are followed and clear, accurate information is effectively distributed.
