Site Administration Assistant

Scotia Homes have a vacancy for a full time Site Administration Assistant, based initially at Balmacassie, Ellon with some travel to site required.

This is a varied role with the main duty being the administration support to the Site Management Team, the role includes the updating, recording and distributing of accurate information.

Suitable applicants are required to be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, enthusiasm, the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative is required. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential.
