Reporting to the Construction Manager, our Site Managers manage the on-site construction activity, to deliver construction safely, within agreed time scales and budgets and most importantly to the satisfaction of our customers.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the construction site from set-up through to ensuring houses are completed in time for our customers. You will manage the Health and Safety of site activity and the achievement of applicable quality standards through effective management of employees and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for the coordination of resource to deliver the build programme safely and maintaining good budget control throughout the duration of the project.
To be considered for this role, you will be qualified to an SVQ/NVQ level in Construction Management commensurate with the role and have experience of managing residential construction. You will be a strong communicator, customer focused and hold sound knowledge of the relevant legislative requirements and standards e.g., Health and Safety, Environmental, NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, and hold a full driving licence.
