From the start, we display and communicate the NHQC for Home Builders - this ensures homeowners understand what standards to expect from sale to completion of your new home.

Our dedicated team will communicate with you throughout the whole process. We provide detailed pre-purchase information to help you make an informed decision about buying a new house. Plus, we can assist you with the appointment of a Legal Advisor.

Once you have made the decision to buy a Scotia home then we will provide you with a written reservation with: the agreement of your purchase and detailed timescale for entry to your new home. 

After you move in, our dedicated After Sales Team will provide advice and support for your new home.

The Sales Advisor made us feel very comfortable, especially with certain requests that were outwith the normal. Her positivity and kindness really helped us feel welcome and her openness and honesty were very good as well. We couldn't fault anything. The Part Exchange process with Scotia was really easy! They did all the legwork - my husband and I genuinely felt the biggest bit of work we had to do was put pen to paper with our signatures to agree to go ahead. So simple!
