We guide you along the various stages - from buying your new house to settling in. 

From the start, we display and communicate the Consumer Code for Home Builders - this ensures homeowners understand what standards to expect from sale to completion of your new home.

Our dedicated team will communicate with you throughout the whole process. We provide detailed pre-purchase information to help you make an informed decision about buying a new house. Plus, we can assist you with the appointment of a Legal Advisor.

Once you have made the decision to buy a Scotia home then we will provide you with a written reservation with: the agreement of your purchase and detailed timescale for entry to your new home. 

After you move in, our dedicated After Sales Team will provide advice and support for your new home.
